Why does a product say 'Enquire in Store' ?

For products which are listed as 'Enquire in Store', this means that stores don't normally carry the goods and they need to order it in from an external supplier. Depending on the supplier, this can sometimes take a few days to receive the goods into the store.
If the store incurs a freight charge for obtaining the goods, this can be passed on to the customer.

Visit an Autopro store and present any competitor's current advertisement for an identical product, brand and model that we have in stock. Once we verify the competitor price is genuine (inclusive of delivery or installation costs) and that their product is ready for immediate delivery, we will match their price.
*Our Price Match policy does not apply to online purchases
*Exclusions:
Prices of 'purely online' retailers or businesses;
Conditional offers, such as package deals, cash back, bonus, bulk purchase or limited quantity;
Trade, special event, club or membership offers, or prices not available to the general public;
Advertising errors (either ours or competitors);
Clearance / runout stock, seconds or refurbished lines, or ex demonstration or display offers;

How do I Click & Collect at Autopro?

We know how to keep it simple.
- Add our great products to your cart, remember Click & Collect products are marked with a Click & Collect symbol. You’ll be prompted to select your preferred store. You can change this later if you like.
- When you have everything you need simply proceed to the checkout. If products are unavailable at your preferred store, you can select a different store to collect from.
- Complete your checkout and you will receive a confirmation email. You will need to present this email with Photo ID when you collect your order. You can print it out or just show us the email on your phone.
- Your order will be processed at the store, and you will receive an email and/or SMS when your goods are ready to collect!
What does it cost to Click & Collect?

There's no extra charge for Click & Collect orders. You can Click & Collect at Autopro stores all around Australia. Head to a product page and search for a store near you!
When will my order be ready to collect?

Our team will endeavor to have your order ready within four hours. You will receive an SMS (if you opted in for text notifications) and/or an email when your order is ready to pick up. Pick up is available during store trading hours.
Your order will be held in-store for 14 days. If you can’t collect within that time, please contact your nominated store to extend the collection date.

What I.D. do I need to pick up my order?

Your order confirmation email and photo I.D. (e.g. current driver's license or passport). A physical driver's license must be presented, except in SA/NSW where digital ID exists. Pictures or photocopies are not accepted. You must enter the app from the home screen for verification reasons.
For orders purchased with a Credit Card, you will also be required to present the Credit Card used to pay for the order. Please note that the Credit Card owner must collect orders paid for with a Credit Card.

Can someone else collect my order?

Yes, you can nominate an alternative person to pick up your order. Simply enter their contact details when checking out. They will need to bring the confirmation email and their Photo I.D. with them to collect. Please note that if your order is paid for by credit card only the credit card owner can collect the order.

Yes, please contact your local store directly to arrange. The store will need the collecting person’s details & your order number. The person collecting will need to bring the order confirmation email & Photo I.D. to collect. Please note: If you paid for your order by credit card only the credit card owner can collect the order.

For urgent orders, we recommend you contact your local store directly to confirm item availability and pick up time.

Yes. Just call your nominated collection store, and they will arrange your cancellation and refund.
