Simply select the Click & Collect option at checkout and nominate your preferred store. This service is available 7 days a week from 10am – 4pm (check your local store’s trading hours for details).
Placing an order close to closing time? If it’s within 30 minutes of store closing, your order will be ready for collection the next day.

How Click & Collect Works at Autopro:
- Place Your Order
Add items to your cart and select your preferred Autopro store. If Click & Collect is available, you’ll see the option at checkout. If your chosen store is out of stock, simply select another nearby location.
- Get Your Confirmation
Once your order is placed, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know we’re preparing it.
- Pick Up In-Store
When your order is ready, you’ll receive an SMS or email. Bring your confirmation details to the store, and our friendly team will have everything ready for you.

Where can I Click & Collect?
You can Click & Collect at Autopro stores across Australia. Simply check product availability and select your nearest store at checkout.
Does Click & Collect cost extra?
No! Click & Collect is completely free – you pay only for your items.
When will my order be ready?
Orders are ready for pickup within 30 minutes (during store trading hours). We’ll send an SMS or email when it’s good to go.
How long will my order be held?
We’ll hold your order for 14 days. Need more time? Contact your store to arrange an extension.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
Your order confirmation email (printed or on your phone)
A valid photo ID (such as a driver’s licence or passport)
If you paid with a credit card, bring the card along (the cardholder must collect).
Can I collect my order early?
Need it sooner? Give your selected store a call to check availability.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! Contact your store, and they’ll arrange cancellation and a refund.
Need a refund after pickup?
Refunds follow ACCC guidelines and Autopro’s store policies. Speak to your store team for assistance.

- •Click & Collect is available at selected Autopro stores in Australia. During peak sales events, availability may vary, and some items may not be in stock. If this occurs, we’ll contact you with alternative options.
- •Orders must be collected within 14 days of the pickup notification. If left uncollected, a refund will be processed via the original payment method.
- •To collect your order, you must bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID. For credit card payments, the cardholder must be present with the payment card used for the order.
- •Autopro reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Click & Collect service at any time without prior notice.
