Application:

Semi Synthetic 5W-40 is a high-quality semi-synthetic engine oil suitable for a wide range of modern motor vehicles. It is specially formulated using advanced base oils and additives, including a FULL ZINC anti-wear package, providing complete engine protection.

This oil meets the performance requirements of API SN/CF and ACEA A3/B4, as well as various other manufacturer specifications.

Vehicles and Fuel Types:

Semi Synthetic 5W-40 is designed for use in modern 4, 6, and 8+ cylinder engines, including naturally aspirated, supercharged, and turbocharged engines. However, it is not recommended for use in Rotary engines.

It is suitable for both petrol and light-duty diesel engines where SAE 5W-30, SAE 10W-30, or SAE 5W-40 grade oils are specified. This oil can be used in vehicles requiring API SN and previous specifications like SM, SL, and SJ, as well as ILSAC GF-3/GF-4/GF-5 grade oils.

Additionally, it is suitable for use in LPG and light-duty diesel engines requiring API CF, ACEA A3/B3, or ACEA A3/B4 specifications. However, it is not suitable for use in diesels equipped with a Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) that require an ACEA "C" grade Low-SAPS engine oil.

Semi Synthetic 5W-40 is compatible with various fuel types, including petrol/LPG (Dual Fuel), E10, diesel (without DPF), and most conventional fuels. For those using E85 fuel, Penrite recommends more frequent oil change intervals.

Instructions for Use:

• Prior to oil change, use Penrite Engine Flush to remove engine deposits, sludge, and contaminants.
• Shake the bottle well before use.
• Add the oil directly to the engine.
• Ensure compatibility with the vehicle's specifications and requirements.
• Dispose of the bottle responsibly after use.
