PAT Constant Tension Spring Clamp, 21mm. Use with any 1/2" to 2" springs and scissors clamps, this spring is a constant force spring under load, clamping around the object it is attached to. The spring returns to its original position when unclamped providing constant tension. This clamp provides an affordable alternative to rubber bands or bungee cords and does not require clips, hooks or ties for attaching to the workpiece.
