Voltmeter (Electrical) Indicates:

• Excessive voltage (overcharging)

Oil Pressure (Mechanical) Indicates:

• Incorrect oil pressure.
• Clogged/broken oil lines and galleries.
• Faulty oil pump.
• Low oil level.
• Clogged oil filter.
• Incorrect oil filter.
• Contaminated or incorrect oil.

Water Temperature (Mechanical) Indicates:

• Low coolant level.
• Faulty thermostat.
• Broken fan belt/water pump.
• Dirty cooling system.
• Faulty radiator hoses.
• Improper ignition timing.
