Distributor cap boots and terminals are supplied for both late model type (HEI male terminals style) and early style (female terminals). Ceramic lead boots have been developed to address the problems associated with burnt spark plug boots. Whether you're running headers with close tolerances, a turbo manifold and dump pipe with very little room in the engine bay for heat shields or you're just over melting your spark plug boots from extreme heat. These black ceramic wire boots are the answer! They can withstand temperatures of up to 1090°C (2000°F). Matched with our XPRO ignition lead wire that is 8.5mm spiral wound low resistance with high EMI suppression. The universal 8-cylinder kit is supplied with 3 x 812.80 mm (32"), 2 x 1219.20mm (48"), 2 x 1270mm (50") and 2 x 1422mm (56") leads, 90° silicone standard and HEI cap ends with the option of either 90°, 135° or straight ceramic spark plug boots. The GM LS kit suits LS1, LS2 and contains 8 x 14" length leads with straight ceramic spark plug boots.
