INSTRUCTIONS:

1. 1. Attach hooks to anchor points, place webbing over the load pass free end through slot in ratchet spool.
2. Pull excess webbing through spool.
3. Pump ratchet handle repeatedly to draw webbing tight (Caution: excessive tightening can cause damage to cargo/or anchor point). Close ratchet handle to lock in place.
4. To release, depress spring load bar and open ratchet handle completely (180 degrees).
5. To re-activate ratchet, depress spring loaded bar before pumping ratchet handle.
6. Check tie down tightness every 30-40 kilometres and adjust as required.
