SG31650 Speedometer GPS Sensor and Antenna

The perfect companion to our in-dash electronic Speedometer, our SG31650 Universal GPS Speed Sender can actually mate to any Speedometer, Odometer or Tachograph that requires an accurate speed signal (pulse) where there is the absence of a traditional VSS.

If you have an older vehicle that does not have a Vehicle Speed Sender (sometimes also known as hall effect), then it can be both difficult and expensive to find a suitable solution. The SAAS GPS Sender provides a calibration free unit which uses data received from the Global Positioning Satellite network. It calculates 3 dimensional ground speed and provides a pulsed output with a high degree of accuracy. You may need to check with your local authorities regarding using a GPS signal source as a sole source for speed.
