Compact enclosure, strong bass
Whatever type of music you enjoy, a decent subwoofer is required to make it sound excellent. A powerful, compact solution is required when cargo room is also required. In a deceptively compact footprint, Kicker's 46CWTB84 tube subwoofer delivers window-rattling bass and outstanding power management. The enclosure has an 8 "subwoofer and a second passive sub (referred to as a "passive radiator") that reacts to the air pressure created by the active sub, producing significantly more bass with no port noise.
8 "The bass cannon
Kicker made the 46CWTB84 tube-shaped casing of of durable ABS plastic that would withstand the strains of automotive life. The tubular form shoots bass frequencies into the air like a cannon, pounding deep, resonant music into your car and your ears. You may put the container vertically or horizontally, allowing it to fit neatly into a corner of your trunk or cargo space. Spring-loaded wiring connections make it simple to attach the wiring from your amplifier.
