Gator G4KDVR20 recordings and photos can be reviewed on your smartphone using the free Gator App, too. Compared to a typical dash camera, this one has razor-sharp vision with 160° field of view that lets you record everything in front of your vehicle, including registration plate numbers which you may find useful, should you witness a road mishap or other incidents. Should you wish to capture footage at the rear of the vehicle, the dash cam can be paired with the optional HD rear camera G4K20RC (sold separately). It's packaged with an adhesive mounting bracket, 12V / 24V power adapter and a 16GB Micro SD card. Looking to boost your vehicle's surveillance? Throw in the optional Gator G4K20HWK hard wire cable kit to the mix, as this enables your car to record crucial videos even when parked (Firmware update required on dash cam to enable this feature).
