The cover height measurements are from the roof edge to the door sills of the vehicle. This is the correct way car covers are fitted to vehicles.

The width measurements of the covers are from left to right of the vehicle roof.

Note: car manufacturers measure the width of the vehicles at the widest part “side to side of the guards or the mirrors”.

The car covers usually flare out  when fitted to a vehicle and will fit correctly covering the  mirrors and the guards.
