The Aerpro CHMZ5C Steering Wheel Control Interface (SWC) enables you to upgrade to an aftermarket headunit while retaining your factory steering wheel controls.

Specifically designed for Mazda MX5 models (2001-2013) with OEM Bose Amplified Audio Systems, this interface includes a vehicle-specific harness that plugs directly into the existing wiring, eliminating the need to cut any factory wires. I

nstallation is further streamlined when used with the optional Aerpro APP9 Headunit Secondary ISO Harness & SWC Patch Lead, which connects the aftermarket headunit to the steering wheel control interface. The CHMZ5C offers outputs for Reverse Trigger, Park Brake, Speed Pulse, Illumination, and Amp Remote.
