The 945mm length antenna features a black solid fibreglass whip mounted to a black elevated feed base which is fitted with a medium duty black coated stainless steel spring. It's perfect for installing on all vehicles, including those that are prone to vibration such as trucks, agricultural machinery and off-road 4WDs. The antenna is ground independent which means it can be mounted virtually anywhere on the vehicle while maintaining a stable radiation pattern.

The elevated feed design helps raise the radiation pattern above the vehicle roof and other obstructions to ensure high performance when mounted on a vehicle roof gutter, guard or bullbar. It is fitted with 4.9 metre RG58 coaxial cable which is pre-terminated with an FME connector making it easy to install through the firewall grommet in vehicles.

An FME to UHF PL259 screw on adaptor is also included as well as a mounting spanner for hassle-free installation. Built sturdy for the Australian outback, the CBB3F1L is the perfect all-rounder antenna.
