The interface retains audio balance and fade functions and provides handbrake and reverse trigger outputs which are used when installing various aftermarket audio visual head units. While the interface does include a harness specifically for various Toyota Vehicles,

it is not a complete plug and play solution, a number of wires need to be connected between the AXTOTY2 and the aftermarket head unit, it is recommended that wires are soldered for the best connection.

This interface is also pre-wired for the AXSWC Steering Wheel Control Interface (AXSWC sold separately)
