The APP9SP5 kit is designed for Sony aftermarket AV headunits with 16-pin connectors and steering wheel control compatibility. It includes the APP8 Secondary ISO Harness, which converts the aftermarket headunit plug into a universal double ISO connector, making installation straightforward when used with an Aerpro Steering Wheel Control Interface or Infodapter.

The kit also features a Steering Wheel Control (SWC) Patch Lead that connects the aftermarket headunit to the Aerpro interface or Infodapter, allowing your OEM steering wheel controls to function with the Sony AV headunit.

  • To enable steering wheel control function, this harness must be used on compatible head unit and in conjunction with Aerpro Steering Wheel Control Interface or Infodapter (sold separately).
