Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday before 3pm (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next business day.

Authority to Leave
Standard Goods
All standard orders require a signature upon delivery unless Authority to Leave is selected via the Australia Post App or communications received once your order is in transit.
If Authority to Leave is not requested, and no one is available at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest pickup point (typically a local post office).
Please Note: Only one additional delivery attempt can be arranged. If the receiver is not available for the reattempt, the order will be returned to Autopro. A refund will be issued, minus the cost of freight and any additional expenses incurred.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
When will my order be shipped?
We stive to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being received. However, during peak periods and public holidays, dispatch may take place on the next business day.
Orders are dispatched fom the nearest Autopro Hub store based on stock availability.
What if my tracking number doesn’t work?
Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to be recognised by the courier. If your tracking number isn’t working immediately, try again after 24 hours. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Care team.
What if my order has the wrong delivery address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact our Customer Care team immediately. If your parcel has already been collected by our delivery partner, address changes may not be possible.
For Australia Post orders, you may be able to redirect your parcel using Australia Post App. Please note any redirection fees will be at the customer's expense.
What happens if I’m not home for delivery?
If no one is available at the time of delivery, a notification will be left with details on collecting your order from the nearest pickup point.
What if my parcel was marked as delivered, but I didn’t receive it?
Sometimes, delivery drivers leave parcels with neighbours or at a designated pick-up location. If you cannot locate your parcel, please check withyour delivery provider first before contacting our Customer Care team.
Can I switch my delivery order to Click & Collect?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to arrange a Click & Collect option instead. Contact our Customer Care team for further assistance.
Once an order is in transit, unfortunately, delivery options cannot be changed.
Returns & Refunds
If you need to return an online order, we aim to make the process as simple as possible.
We accept returns for:
- •Faulty or defective items
- •Change of mind (within return period)
- •Incorrect items received

Delivery Terms & Conditions
Our delivery terms and conditions are as follows:
- •Autopro Online Delivery is available within Australia only.
- •During major sales and promotions, some items may be unavailable for delivery.
- •Orders that cannot be delivered due to address issues or remain uncollected will be refunded, minus freight costs, using the original payment method.
- •Autopro will attempt to notify customers via phone or email before processing the refund.
- •Autopro reserves the right to update or discontinue the delivery service at any time.
